In June 2025,Guangdong Vking Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.officially launched its Vietnam capacity expansion plan: 16 brand-new rubber injection moulding machines were shipped in batches by mid-month and are expected to arrive at the company's Ho Chi Minh City branch in Vietnam by early July, where they will undergo commissioning. These machines are equipped with servo energy-saving systems, increasing daily production capacity by 30% per unit. Once operational, the Vietnam facility's monthly production capacity will surge from 8 million units to 18 million units, enabling it to simultaneously meet the surging orders for popular products such as natural rubber sound-emitting toys and dental care feeding balls from the European and American markets. The company's general manager stated: ‘This transfer of technology and equipment from the Dongguan headquarters to Vietnam marks a crucial step in the group's global expansion strategy. It not only reduces the delivery cycle by two weeks,’ but over the next 18 months, the Vietnam branch will also expand its automated warehouse and laboratory centre to lay the groundwork for entering the North American emerging market by 2025.
